What is the delivery time?
For our in-stock items we usually can have the order ready for pick up or delivery on the same day that you placed the order.

What type of fasteners can you offer besides whats in your stock?
As an importing company since 1989. We have been importing fasteners and fastener products of every type imaginable for our Mill Direct shipments. From low carbon steel Grade 2 up to Grade 8, alloy steel, 300 & 400 series stainless steel and brass etc. From size under #0 up to 2" diameter and lengths up to 25" long and in metrics (DIN) also. We provide extremely competitive prices on quality standard, semi-standard and special made-to-print parts with on-time delivery to our customers.

What is the benefit of Mill Direct order?

If you have an sufficient quantity for Mill Direct orders & currently is a fastener distributor, we would be able to quote you extremely competitive price utilizing our factories from overseas. Our quoted prices include ALL charges from overseas as well as importation fees and freight charges to your door. Please call or fax us your needs and we will be more than happy to quote you. To give you peace of mind, we will always provide production samples for your approval BEFORE any actual delivery are made.

Do you have J.I.T. or Stock & Release programs?
Yes, we currently have Just-In-Time (J.I.T.), Stock & Release and Vendor-Manage-Inventory (V.M.I.) programs for our customers. Please contact our sales personnel and let us know your requirements, we will create a program specifically tailor to your needs.

How can I utilize this website?
This website is designed to be very user friendly and interactive. By navigating through our website, you can find the items of your interest easily. Further more, by simple clicking, you can send your inquiry directly to us for quotation without you typing or writing bunch of words (except in the "CONTACT US" section, you do have to type a little). One of our sales personnel will contact you either through a phone call, fax and/or email and provide you with competitive pricing for the inquiry.

What kind of container is your products packaged in?
We use only plain 1/4 keg paper cartons (brown or white) without any fancy logos or printed artwork on them. Our reason is simple... so you can turn around and re-use our cartons to ship directly to your customers without re-packaging. This is better for your pocket ($$$), more efficient and much better for the enviroment (less wasted papers).

How can I apply for open credit term?
We offer open credit of 1% Net 10, Net 30 Days term to qualified customers. Please contact one of our sales personnel and we will send/ fax you a Credit Application Form. You will be required to submit up to 3 different trade references and your bank information. This process usually takes less than 24 hours. We also accept major credit cards (Visa, Master and American Express).

I am located out of California, can you service me?

CTG International LLC has serviced customers not just outside of state of California, we have sold and serviced customers in other countries for our stocked items as well as Mill Direct shipments. For our stocked items, we do offer delivery either by freight pre-paid or freight collect if you have your own preferred trucking. For those smaller orders, we can ship via UPS or Fed-Ex.

Do you have truck for local delivery?

We do have our own truck for delivery. However, it is usually reserved for delivery of Stock & Release and Just-In-Time programs and within 30 miles radius from our warehouse. However, if you have larger orders or special needs, please contact our office and talk to one of our sales and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Bar coding available?

Bar code labeling ensures precise and speedy tracking of parts and is available upon request for each of our cartons. Please specify code number for each size and we will make certain every carton has that label on the outside of carton for your scanner needs. There are many bar code formats available, please contact our office and let us know what you need.

Do you participate in trade shows?
Yes, CTG International LLC has been exhibiting since 1990. Originally as a exhibitor in the National Industrial Fastener Show in Columbus, Ohio to currently exhibiting in the National Industrial Fastener Show West in Las Vegas, Nevada. If you ever comes to the show, please vist us at our booth. We usually gives away free prizes and would love to chat with you in person.

Do you have advertisements?
We have advertisement in the Link Magazine, a quarterly published trade magazine specialized in fastener industries. We have periodical mailers that we send out to our customers such as new brochures, catalogues and special sale promotions. If you would like to be in our mailing list, please call one of our sales personnel and we will be glad to put you in.

Can I pick up at your warehouse?

Obsolutely! We do Will-Calls at our warehouse located in 140 Commerce Way in Walnut and our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M - F.

Are you partner of C-TPAT?

Yes, CTG International LLC is a active partner of C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) with the U.S. Customs Service since April of year 2003. Furthermore, we extend C-TPAT guidlines to our overseas vendors for them to follow to ensure the safety and security of our products.
