Account: a. All California customers must submit an valid California Re-Sale Number. b. All sale term based on F.O.B. Walnut, California.
Payments: a. We accept cash, company checks and major credit cards (VISA, Master card, American Express). No personal checks will be accepted. b. 1% Net 10/ Net 30 Days Open Term upon verification of credit status. Please request an Credit Application Form from one of our sales personnel.
Order Placement: a. Minimum Order: There is a $50 minimum order requirement for our stocked items. b. Shipping & Freight: We may ship via Freight Collect or Freight Pre-Paid. Cost of Freight will depend upon location of delivery. Please verify freight charges with our sales personnel.
Exchange & Returns: a. We will accept exchange/ return parts within 30 days after original invoice date. b. All exchange/ returning parts must be in it´s original packaging carton with label intact. c. All exchange/ returning parts must have RMA number from one of our sales personnel. d. For returning parts, there will be an re-stocking charge of 15% of invoice amount.
